  Chicago Blackhawks Chicago Blackhawks 4 – Vegas Golden Knights 3  OT

Highlights:  Phillipp Kurashev scored on a power play 2:50 into overtime, and the Chicago Blackhawks beat Vegas 4-3 on Friday to hand the Golden Knights their first loss of the season. With William Karlsson in the penalty box for tripping Connor Bedard, Kurashev skated to the top of the slot and ripped the winner past Vegas goalie Adin Hill. It was Kurashev’s first goal of the season.  The Blackhawks improved to 2 for 22 on road power plays this season. It was the first time Vegas allowed a power-play goal at home this season. Bedard, Ryan Donato and Taylor Raddysh also scored for Chicago, which had dropped three in a row and five of six overall. Petr Mrazek stopped 18 shots. Read more at:  (AP)

Chicago BullsToronto Raptors 103 – Chicago Bulls 104  OT

Highlights:  In a dramatic overtime battle, the Chicago Bulls defeated the Toronto Raptors 104-103. The game demonstrated the Bulls’ tenacity and drive, with Alex Caruso playing a key part in the team’s thrilling victory. Caruso, who is known for his defensive abilities, demonstrated that he can also come through in key situations on the offensive end. He hit a clutch three-pointer with 2.3 seconds left in overtime, giving the Bulls the advantage they needed to win. This game had great twists and turns, and Caruso’s heroics were the final exclamation mark on a thrilling contest. He finished the game with a double-double of 13 points and 13 rebounds.
